Akron Flight Inc. is a full service fixed base operation that provides aviation fuel and ancillary services to local and nationally based corporate and private aircraft.

Born in August 1971, Warren was raised in Akron, Ohio and has been interested in aviation since the age of five. Graduating high school in 1989, Warren moved to Orlando, Florida in 1990.

Hired by Aircraft Service International to load luggage for United Airlines in February 1991, Warren was promoted to crew lead in the fall of 1991. Warren transferred to the fueling department in 1993, eventually becoming an aircraft fueling supervisor at the Orlando International Airport in 1993. Responsible for the fueling operations of more than 200 commercial flights, Warren held this position for two years before relocating back to Akron, Ohio.

After moving back to Akron in 1995, Warren began working as a general aviation line service technician for McKinley Air Transport where he was responsible for the fueling operation of private, corporate and commercial aircraft at the Akron Canton Regional Airport. While working full time, Warren began taking college classes at Kent State University in August 1995, and working towards his private pilot’s license, ultimately attaining his pilot’s license in 1997. In November 1998, Warren accepted a position as an apprenticing aviation maintenance technician for Castle Aviation at the Akron Canton Regional Airport.

In November 2000, Warren accepted his current position as the General Manager of Akron Flight Inc at the Akron Fulton International Airport. Warren is responsible for the FBO’s daily aviation operation, in addition to the supervision of several corporate and business tenants. In addition, Akron Flight offers aircraft maintenance, flight training, and avionics installation and repair through the cooperative efforts of their business tenants.
